SEF® has completed a 34-acre greenhouse expansion for Vine Fresh Acres in Leamington, Ontario, built to support English cucumber production.
Delivered from planning through to construction in partnership with Ruthven Greenhouse Construction Ltd., the project reflects a coordinated, start-to-finish approach focused on performance, efficiency, and long-term operation.
Alongside the greenhouse, the site development delivered by Enqor included an 84,885 sq ft warehouse and 9,360 sq ft of worker housing to support on-site living. Together, these additions create a more complete and connected facility that supports production, logistics, and day-to-day operations.
